ബര്‍ലിന്‍ : ബര്‍ലിനിലെ ഭയാനകമായ പുതുവര്‍ഷ രാവ് കലാപത്തിന്റെ കണക്കുകള്‍ കൂടുതല്‍ ആശങ്കയുളവാകുന്നു. ബര്‍ലിനില്‍ പുതുവര്‍ഷ രാവില്‍ ആഘോഷത്തിനിടെ അക്രമം നടത്തിയവരില്‍ 40 ശതമാനം പേര്‍ക്കും ജര്‍മ്മന്‍ പാസ്പോര്‍ട്ട് ഇല്ലന്നും അവര്‍ അഭയാര്‍ത്ഥികളും വിദേശികളുമാണന്നും പൊലീസ് സ്ഥിരീകരിച്ചു.

ഓപ്പറേഷനില്‍ മൊത്തം 44 ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥര്‍ക്ക് പരിക്കേറ്റതായി പോലീസ് ഇപ്പോള്‍ വെളിപ്പെടുത്തി.
പുതിയ കണക്കനുസരിച്ച് ബര്‍ലിനില്‍ 1,453 കുറ്റകൃത്യങ്ങള്‍ ഉണ്ടായി. മൊത്തം 670 പ്രതികള്‍ എന്ന് രേഖപ്പെടുത്തി. പോലീസ് പറയുന്നതനുസരിച്ച്, തിരിച്ചറിഞ്ഞവരില്‍ 406 മുതിര്‍ന്ന ജര്‍മ്മന്‍കാരും 264 ജര്‍മ്മന്‍ പൗരത്വമില്ലാത്തവരുമാണ്.

രേഖപ്പെടുത്തിയിരിക്കുന്ന ജര്‍മ്മന്‍കാരില്‍ എത്ര പേര്‍ക്ക് മൈഗ്രേഷന്‍ പശ്ചാത്തലമുണ്ടെന്ന് റിപ്പോര്‍ട്ട് ചെയ്തിട്ടില്ല.

സംശയിക്കപ്പെടുന്നവരില്‍ ഏതാണ്ട് 40 ശതമാനം പേര്‍ക്കും ജര്‍മ്മന്‍ പാസ്പോര്‍ട്ട് ഇല്ല. അതേസമയം ബര്‍ലിനിലെ വിദേശികളുടെ അനുപാതം മൊത്തത്തില്‍ 24 ശതമാനമാണ്. വിദേശ കുറ്റവാളികളില്‍ നിരവധി തുര്‍ക്കികള്‍, സിറിയക്കാര്‍, അഫ്ഗാനികള്‍, മാത്രമല്ല "ലോകത്തിന്റെ എല്ലാ ഭാഗങ്ങളില്‍ നിന്നുമുള്ള" ആളുകളും ഉള്‍പ്പെടുന്നു. ജോര്‍ദാനിയന്‍ പാസ്പോര്‍ട്ടുള്ള വെസ്ററ് ബാങ്കില്‍ നിന്നുള്ള അറ്റല്ല യൂനസ് എന്ന 23 കാരന്‍ കുട്ടികളുടെ മുറിയിലേക്ക് റോക്കറ്റ് പ്രയോഗിച്ചതിനാല്‍ കസ്ററഡിയിലാണ്, ശനിയാഴ്ച ഇയാളെ വിമാനത്താവളത്തില്‍ ഫെഡറല്‍ പോലീസ് അറസ്ററ് ചെയ്തു.

ഇതുവരെ 241 ശാരീരിക പരിക്കുകള്‍ റിപ്പോര്‍ട്ട് ചെയ്യപ്പെട്ടിട്ടുണ്ട്. പോലീസ് ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥര്‍ക്കും ഒരു പാരാമെഡിക്കല്‍ ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥനുമെതിരെ 58 ശാരീരിക ആക്രമണങ്ങള്‍ ഉണ്ടായി. ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥര്‍ക്ക് നേരെയുണ്ടായ ആക്രമണത്തില്‍ 40 പ്രതികളെ തിരിച്ചറിഞ്ഞിട്ടുണ്ട്. ഇതില്‍ 16 മുതിര്‍ന്നവരും 23 യുവാക്കളും കൗമാരക്കാരും ഒരു കുട്ടിയും ഉള്‍പ്പെടുന്നു.പകുതിയോളം പേര്‍ക്ക് ജര്‍മ്മന്‍ പാസ്പോര്‍ട്ട് ഇല്ല.23 ഡോക്ടര്‍മാര്‍ക്കും നഴ്സുമാര്‍ക്കും നേരെ ആക്രമണം ഉണ്ടായി.

പുതുവത്സരരാവിലെ പടക്കം പൊട്ടിച്ച് 363 പേര്‍ക്ക് പരിക്കേറ്റതായി ആരോഗ്യവകുപ്പ് അറിയിച്ചു. ഇവരില്‍ 52 പേരെ ആശുപത്രിയില്‍ പ്രവേശിപ്പിച്ചു. എന്നാല്‍ സംഭവത്തിനു ശേഷം ജര്‍മ്മനിയില്‍ ഇപ്പോള്‍ പടക്കങ്ങള്‍ നിരോധിക്കണമെന്ന് ആവശ്യം ശക്തിപ്പെട്ടിരിയ്ക്കയാണ്.
